This summer, let your imagination run wild at the library! Our art-themed Summer Reading Program is packed with colorful adventures, creative challenges, and inspiration for all ages.
Stop by during library hours to register early!
Events begin in June...we are SO EXCITED!!
*Last day to register to be eligible for grand prizes: Thursday, June 5, 2025.*
ALL are welcome to participate!
We've got 7 age groups to explore your inner artist: Baby (0-2), Pre-K (3-4), Children (5-7), Young Readers (8-9), Tween (10-12), Teen (13-17), and Adult (18+).
Together, let's "Color Our World" and make this summer a masterpiece!

We’ve had such a fun year at the library, and we couldn’t have done it without YOU! Now, we’re excited to bring back our Summer Reading Program this June with the theme “Color Our World”—a celebration of creativity and imagination.
This FREE, ALL-ages program will include:

Special guest presenters
Giveaways & an awards celebration!
We’re looking for wonderful sponsors like YOU to help bring this to life! Your support will help us provide craft supplies, prizes, and goodie bags—plus, you’ll be recognized with banners, T-shirts, and social media shout-outs (see photo)!
Deadline for sponsorship: Friday, May 16, 2025. Please make checks payable to FRIENDS OF THE Tellico Plains Public Library and specify “2025 Summer Reading Program” in the memo. Please email your business name/JPG logo to the library.
