FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY

Picture
Friends of the Tellico Plains Library is a non-profit service organization made up of local residents, businessmen / women and library patrons.  Our sole focus is to raise public awareness of our library's services, resources and needs.  In doing so, we hope to provide assistance in meeting these needs.  As government funding for the library building, employee salaries and available resources is quite limited, many of our activities will center around fund raising and volunteer services.

The constitution & by-laws of "Friends of the Tellico Plains Library" states:
Our purpose will be to focus public attention on library services, facilities and needs, and to encourage
donations, gifts, endowments and bequests to the library, thereby stimulating increased usage and
enhancement of library resources and services and thus helping enrich the lives of the local community.
If you are interested in joining the Friends of the Tellico Plains Library please complete this Membership Form.  If you have any questions, please call us at:  423-253-7388.  Thank you for your support!
